of leadership
Person
who influence to others complete objective and direct the organization to make
more consistent and intelligible (Northouse, 2007) .always good leaders
develop through self-studying, education , training and experience and good
leader are not made born if a leader having wish and determination it make
through effective leader (Jago, 1982) .
Principles of leadership
According
to the (U.S.Army, 1983) below are the principles they have been
used
- Know yourself and seek self-improvement-Know yourself and keep improving the skills doing by self-studies, formal classes, replication and cooperation with others
- Be technically proficient- Well known the job more familiar with the employees
- Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions-When things go wrong analyses the situation takes the corrective action and move forward with challenges
- Make sound and timely decisions-Problem solving, planning tools and decision making
- Set the example-Be a role model to the employees
- Know your people and look out for their well-being- know their natural importance and honestly carry the work
- Keep your workers informed- correctly communicating with employees as well as with seniors
- Develop a sense of responsibility in your workers-Develop good character traits and help for professional responsibilities
- Ensure that tasks are understood, supervised, and accomplished- Responsibility of the communication
Conclusion
Good
leaders are made not born by doing many things there are become leaders and to
be a good leader have to use the above principles
